infected with Hepatitis B infection. It is the first to appear in a new acute infection, and can be detected as early as
1 week and as late as 9 weeks, with an average of one month after exposure to the hepatitis B virus (HBV). Hepatitis
refers to the inflammation of the liver. It usually gets cured within 6 months beyond which it is considered a chronic
case of HBV infection. It can spread through blood, seminal fluid, vaginal discharge and other body fluids.
